Hotel Godwin Deluxe

Hotel Godwin Deluxe is genuinely good hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are large and clean and the rooftop restaurant is good. The only complaint is the fact that the bathroom did not have any windows or an extractor fan which left the bathroom and consequently the room smelling damp and drain like.

The hotel is modern and the staff is nice. The location is terrible, close to New Delhi station but in a bad and dirty neighborhood.

rooms are good, bathroom needs lots of attention,from shower cabin water comes out and whole bathroom gets wet and dirty, during my three days stay, i agave complaints but nobody did any repairing for the same. better rooms/hotels are available in the same area at same rates!

This Hotel was clean and comfortable and perfect for out two nights in Delhi. We were right in the middle of the New Delhi action and able to get around perfectly well by walking, taking The Metro or grabbing a Tuk Tuk

Its a good low budget hotel .centrally located 5 mins from station and connaught place. Only stay is good .you will have to go out for lunch and dinner asrates are very expensive.buffet breakfast menu is very limited and not so good. I recommend only for stay

A Good Clean hotel, good value for money.excellent room.

The booking was made through Hotels.com when I had clearly mentioned my address as traveling from Meerut which is about 75 kms from this hotel. As I was checking in the person at the reception named NAVEEN saw my passport and virtually threw the passport saying we don't provide rooms to people coming from a radius of 250 kms from New Delhi. I was shocked and when I starting clarifying he said why are you complaining to us, make a complaint to hotels.com through whom you have made your booking. He was virtually shouting at me . Even the bell boy tried to be over smart and bossy with us. After discussing and sorting out with his manager we were shown a very small and compact room fit for just a single person. When again I complained I was shown a bigger room (As we were Two adults and One child) and was told I need to pay 500 Rupees extra if i wanted the bigger room which I agreed to pay. The bathroom in the room had no exhaust fan and all the bad smell from the toilet was coming in the room and we had a horrible, smelly night.
