Fantastic hotel with the best breakfast buffet!! Hotel opened up for the season on the day of our arrival and we had a great stay.

The hotel organised our lift passes and ski hire before we got there. They also booked restaurants for us which was really helpful. They allowed us to have a late check out. Everyone was very friendly and we had a lovely stay.

Location of the hotel is good, easy to access the ski lifts and slopes. The city center has a pedestrian area which is great for kids.

The junior room was the smallest and most terrible i have ever experienced in a hotel, leave aside a 5 stars. It should not be made available as a double room. Reception is nice when you arrive. but once we got home and saw that we were charged full amount for ski lessons despite the teacher cancellation due to weather conditions, i called and asked them to follow up. They bluntly told me that was not their problem in spite of fact that the services were booked with them. I was told they would come back which has not happened. There are so many nice hotels around so, i would definitely try something else and also recommend the same to my friends.
