The common areas were really clean, and the breakfast was good quality even if there wasn't enough seating for everyone.

When I arrived, there was nobody at the desk. I waited 25 minutes before I just left for a dinner I was attending, one I had hoped to freshen to prior to attending but nobody ever came. I returned after the dinner and was glad to see the was a staff member at the front desk. However, there were two people in front of me, and the first guy had an issue with his booking. He took a seat and the next person was checked in quickly, there was nobody behind me in the lobby and the front desk disappeared again taking a call into another room. She then stood in front of me "moving things around" in the computer for an extended period of time. I waited 30 minutes to be checked in, an hour in total wine this was my second attempt to be checked in. My shower had mold in it, and the wallpaper was peeling (room 315)

No WiFi in my room. The staff said he reported to the manager and the manager would have it fixed tomorrow. However, there’s nobody contact with me about this issue and there’s no WiFi in my room during my stay.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at the hotel. I reserved 2 suit rooms they put us in a normal and suit so I had them move us so we ended up on 2 different floors. Most of the room was not cleaned properly. I was highly unsatisfied and will never be going back to this hotel.

Room was only serviced once during my seven day stay. Ran out of towels and toilet paper. Also, the keys to my room didn’t work five days out of the seven I stayed . Not the best experience.
