Brilliant time in a beautiful apartment, staff couldn't do enough for us and helped with everything we needed.

This is the second time we've stayed here and we think it's a great deal for the location. Both times (in 2 different rooms) we had clean rooms and a comfortable stay. There were two rooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom. It was the top apartment which afforded some nice views, but the ceiling was low in places in the bedrooms. Again, great location and great place. Krakow is one of our favorite cities in Europe!

Great location, great space, much better than a hotel room with just a bedroom and bathroom.Well equipped, 6 mins walk to central market square, friendly reception.Cost of a whole apartment versus a hotel room? No comparison. So impressed I booked the same accommodation when I visited again a month later.

We had a nice little apartment located in the same building as reception. The sheets were clean and there was extra linens for the convertible couch for the kids left in the closet. The beds and the convertible sofa were extremely hard and uncomfortable. That was the only non-fixable downer about the place. Bright street lights at night shone through the curtains making the apartment superbright, but a sleep mask can fix that issue. I would recommend this place again for the proximity to old town Krakow and the quaint neighborhood where it was located. I felt safe walking at night with my family and dining in the local businesses close by. I'm sure had we let reception know how uncomfortable the beds were, they would have been helpful in trying to fix it to improve our stay.

Krakow is one of Poland's best cities for tourists, with plenty to do and see. If you are contemplating a trip to Poland, this is where to start. .

This hotel should have better - looked great on the Web page but got it wrong in the bathroom no shower and the bath was incredibly small I am just 5feet 5 inches but it was knees up in the air all the time - for the price not good value

We rent two bedroom an apartment based on people reviews , pictures and this website description of the apartment. To our surprise the bedrooms were located in the attic of this beautiful building . To get to the apartment you had to climb 17 narrow stairs ,very convenient with luggage ! The windows had no view because they were on the roof and to get to your bed you had to bent over 90 digress ! I complained to the people that were in the office but they informed me that this website doesn't have correct description of the apartment and they can't do anything for us as they are totally booked at the moment. So please be aware that you may end up in the attic with no view of the city or cord yard as promised by the hotels. com!

Comfortable and nicely furnished apartments. It has everything you need even for a longer stay. Walking distance to the town square.

This place was very very convenient to old town Krakow. The pullout bed-couch fit our 3 oldest kids comfortably (ages 8,6,3). We enjoyed the small kitchen and the washing machine. Large fridge with a small freezer. They had a microwave which was nice as well. The only problem was the elevator is only accessed either up or down a small flight of stairs--not good for strollers.
