Several issues - no in room safe, no 24 hour reception for issues. Misleading, since apartment is not located where map shows, but instead 2 blocks away.

Will return great food and sites. A lot to do and see. Old city is a must see

Excellent place to stay, clean and quiet

The apartment was excellent clean and well equipped. The location was superb.10/15 minute walk from The Square, Barbican, bus train station and Galeria. . We were 5 minutes from reception building. Very secure accommodation. Only drawback was noise two nights out of four from other apartment in our block.

Two bed apt we rented was clean and close to city center. However, the place was cold because the heat did not work adequately. Temperature in Krakow dropped to -15C at night during our stay. Not comfortable without heat. Internet WIFI did not work for first four days out of the seven days we were there. Their attitude in the office was that internet issues was not their problem and the heat was working even though we repeatedly came daily to tell them the place was not warm. We finally got mobile radiators on our fourth day that helped. While some in the office tried to be helpful others, especially the manager, just shrugged off our complaints. I would never stay in this place again. Too many good alternatives in Krakow.

This was very interesting family stay (2 seniors and young family with 1 child). The room was quite nice and everything was on the good level. One note: do not forget knife for kitchen - because existing ones are in very poor condition.

Apartments were excellent. They were located in a quiet neighbourhood, and were a short walk away from the square. Would stay again.

Can't fault the two apartments our group rented. Great location just a short walk from the centre, well furnished, and in practically new condition. Amazed at how cheap everything was. We will be back!

These apartments are fantastic, there were 11 of us staying in 3 apartments. All were spotlessly clean, very modern and comfortable. A 10 minute stroll to the main square, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a great place to stay close to the heart of Krakow while visiting. It's also walking distance from the main train station, so easy connections if you go out if town. We came to Krakow to see Katy Perry few days ago, but walked around Krakow, went to Wieliczka Salt Mine and Auschwitz State Museum as well, I guess it's a regular tourist route if you come here. The hotel is in a good location to get to places, with a grocery shop close by!
