Very personal approach, good restaurant and Nice rooms! Very comfortable!

The staff are very friendly. The accommodation (restaurant, rooms, swimmingpool, garden) are beautiful. The breakfast buffet and diner are really good.

Amazing staff, very welcoming, some of the best I've ever seen, and with a good restaurant. They have put in a lot of thought as to how to make the stay better for their guests including giving you insect repellant when at the restaurant to keep the mosquitos away (necessary). They've also implemented a few sustainability changes, such as a water bottle that can be refilled at the restaurant, and refillable toiletries, which are both great changes to normal practice. The hotel is a beautiful oasis of calm and tranquility in a very busy and hectic city. Would definitely recommend it. The only drawback is the local area, a busy and polluted city with traffic jams nearly constantly. Away from the city and you can soon get into rural life, which I much prefer, Lake Toba and Sipiso-Piso waterfall are spectacular!

On our 2nd night there, at about 10.00pm, one of my grandson had every high fever and I called the front desk to ask whether they can get a doctor to come and in 15 minutes the owner and the doctor was at the door. Thanks to the doctor, the next day he was himself again. The following day we were able to carry on with our travel to Lake Toba. We hoped the hotel staff, owner and the doctor are able to see this, Thank You So So Much!! Regards, Harold Tan

Head south down the narrow cluttered main road out of Medan, and you wonder what you’re coming to - but the surprise is wonderful. Turn off the road, and you head down into a verdant garden valley, with the main Hotel and restaurant on one side, and the ‘cottages’ on the other (actually small mini duplexes, each with its own balcony). Rooms are restrained and stylish, with plenty of local touches, and the level of equipment is good, as is the Wi-fi (sadly, unusual for Indonesia where speeds are often slow or minimal). I didn’t have time to try the restaurant, as my Indonesian hosts were determined to squeeze every last minute out of my 2 day/3 night stay. But breakfasts were a delight, served on the airy terrace and featuring plenty of local ingredients, from fresh tropical fruit to home made pineapple muffins and vegetable spring rolls. Strongly recommended for a relaxing getaway not too far from the bustle of Medan city

The kids had an excellent time with the mini zipline. The food was good, the staff were great, room and pool were great as well. All in all a very pleasant stay.

2 different stays here. Both fantastic. Elly and team very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful peaceful setting. The views from the pool are stunning. Absolutely loved it.

Prima hotel om enkele dagen te verblijven als uitvalsbasis voor het bekijken van Medan of het maken van trips op Sumatra. Het hotel bestaat uit smaakvolle cottages gesitueerd in een kenmerkende tropische omgeving aan de Deli rivier. Het aan het hotel gekoppelde reisbureau is een uitstekende toegevoegde waarde. Door de aanwezige voorzieningen en ligging van de cottages ook uitermate geschikt voor families. Goed a la carte restaurant en continental ontbijt.
