amazing place - beautiful views to wake up too, right on the beach - newly renovated 2 bedroom unit for a girls weekend away - managers were great to deal with and good price - lots to see and do around here

Very dated decor in apartment but fabulous management and location

Nice small motel. Pool viable by all rooms as well as ocean.pool never over crowded The interior is starting to be very dated such as kitchen and bathrooms don't look like they have renovated since being built. Limited kitchen utensils and no exhaust fans which the smell of cooking goes thru entire unit Overall it is a good location with good facilities however needs an update

I recently stayed at this apartment for 7 nights. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and the grounds are well maintained. There is a small pool and hot tub which is sufficient. Our apartment was a 2br on the 4th floor (No 14) with great views to both Coolangatta and Surfers Paradise. Amenities were clean and kitchen reasonably supplied with enough dishes etc. My only complaint is that there is NO Wi-Fi and as far as I am concerned in the 21st century this is not acceptable. I was able to purchase a package for AUD$30 which lasted only 2 days and then was auto-charged without me authorizing this. I came from overseas and had no local number so I needed to have access to this. All in all a lovely place to stay!

Lost of space, clean and well presented great views from the 2 bedroom apartments

Our family spent 9 days over Christmas/New Year at Oceanside Resort. It was truly wonderful to have beach facing units side by side. All facilities were in excellent condition, the venue is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Santa visit on Christmas Eve was an added bonus enjoyed by all. Thank you Glenn and Karen for making Christmas 2016 extraordinary - we will be making this our Christmas destination on alternate years. Enjoy a prosperous 2017. Robyn Johnson - Rockhampton

A unit with outstanding views of the beach.Rooms very neat and beds and pillows crisp clean & comfortable. Kitchen stocked with sufficient utensils to prepare meals.AND EVERYTHING ELECTRICAL WAS WORKING.:) At the Coolangatta end of the strip with the town visible to your right & Surfers Paradise to the far left. Planes take off and land so fast these days you scarcely remember that the airport is so convenient.Gone in a swish. People came to sit on the beach to watch the moon come up.Closest to earth until another 70 odd Yrs.Just a few clouds & our photos taken over 3 nights.:) Local friends and family came to visit us-easy to find. Pool was perfect temperature for a daily swim.Spa was used by others a lot.Beach only steps away& we walked along the shore daily.So relaxing.Lifesavers & flags on weekends for extra safety while we were there. Tegan shops good ,also 5 mins drive to Coolangatta.

We had 2 families and stayed in unit 15. These apartments are great for families. From your balcony you can see the pool & the beach. The beach was directly out the front (no road to cross) The kids loved watching the planes land at the airport behind the apartments. The managers where fantastic. So friendly and helpful. We felt the owner of the unit however not as helpful. Only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper provided in one toilet and the dishwasher had broken and removed with no offer of compensation.

We stayed at Oceanside Resort for 6 nights. What a fantastic place to stay right on the beach with views from the apartments. Friendly managers Glen and Karen. We were in a ground floor apartment which you could see the water. We even saw whales from the rooms balcony.. The room was beautifully decorated and made you feel at home the moment you entered right down to the quilt look doona covers on all beds(I am a collector of quilts so found this very homely)We were moved to level 3 for our last 2 nights which had a clear view to Surfers Paradise to the left and Coolangatta to the right. The apartments had all you needed for a great stay even Foxtel. What more could you ask for. Would recommend these to anyone.
