TV. Tea & coffee making in the room. Linen appeared clean, and the bed was comfortable. Quiet location. Good location for Bracknell town.

It's a very tired hotel. Our room had stains down the walls. The decor in rm 1 was worn, dull & depressing. The TV remote didn't work properly & the toilet was hard to flush. The carpet was threadbare. Only one member of staff seemed to have a full command of the English language.

I’m no Alexi Politti, I do think there are many simple fixes that will take you up the ratings. 1. 2 x cups need 2 x spoons 2. Make towels visible as it appears we only had one set. Second set on bed would help. 3. When cleaning rooms don’t get distracted, don’t leave other rooms rubbish bags on our table, and the dirty towels not changed. Water on the bathroom floor. Empty toilet roll left on holder and not replaced. 4. Toilet flush is not fitted correctly, it works but is loose. 5. If you have soap dispensers fill them or remove them. 6. Poor finishing on the paint. Invest in training staff for attention, they already have a great personality. Good luck

Service was brilliant, very accomodating, problem with my initial booking but they rectified it immediately. Would highly recommend and definately stay again.

I asked for a quiet, cool room and that’s what I got. Big, powerful fan helped in this heatwave. I was able to sleep well. Kettle and hairdryer worked. Wifi was good.

Old fashioned decor could have been refreshed, room painted etc. Outer bedding throw appeared stained maybe w coffee - at >£70 / night, this could have been better. However I did book an extra night because it was quiet, cool and overall clean so the positive definitely outweighed the negative.

Everything. Staff rude, Dirty and dirty underwear found in the bed!!!! Breakfast digusting and overall filthy.
