Nice area. Basic but comfortable room. Clean Great customer service

No dinner service

Sayed & Bhatt (sic) were incredible helpful through a challenging experience. They helped booking taxi, serving late breakfast etc.

The room was in a poor dirty condition. The main light was broken, the plug for the kettle was damaged with exposed earth pin, there was the previous guests biscuits on the floor, the shower was dripping and hadn’t been cleaned as the previous guests hairs were in the tray. The staff were not available to report issues too. Whilst it was a budget hotel I feel it failed to reach even this standard, the rooms have been crammed in so close you are able to hear everything other guests do and say.

The room was very dirty. Spiders in the corners, filthy windowsill and net curtain was dirty. On arrival we asked for breakfast and what time it was. The receptionist didn’t know then came up to our room and told us it was served between 8.00 and 10.00 a.m. Advertised having a hairdryer. There wasn’t one. Went to breakfast room at 8.30 a.m. with wet hair to be told there was no chef and no breakfasts were being served. The receptionist did find a hairdryer from another room then we had to try and find somewhere else to eat but places nearby were all closed. There was no manager present to complain to. Just a very bad experience. We’ve stayed here before and this visit was NOTHING like the last one, which was better.

Below basic. Solo 1 asciugamano per persona. Pulizia al limite del decoro. Sul davanzale della finestra dietro alla tenda c’era una bottiglia di plastica di latte scaduto e coagulato da chissà quanto tempo!
