The location was good

The room was shabby and dirty, especially the bathroom. The toilet was dirty under the rim and didn’t flush very well. The shower curtain had mould in it. The shower attachment kept falling off the wall. The bedside lamps in the bedroom were filthy. There was very poor lighting outside. Overall I was very disappointed with the room. It did not justify £100 a night

Dirty. Had to ask for a key to open the window. Bed was uncomfortable.

Went to Piro Restaurant at Dial House hotel on 22nd January 2026. The food was excellent, and the service was friendly and attentive throughout. As a new start-up, they’re off to a great beginning and clearly doing things right. Wishing the team every success—thank you for a lovely experience.

I stayed at the Dial House Hotel with my partner back in July, and we had a lovely stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Everything we needed was provided, and we had an amazing time overall. I would definitely stay here again.

Piro Kitchen in Crowthorne is amazing. The vibe is spot on warm, stylish, and relaxed and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were attentive and welcoming, which really elevated the whole experience. Special mention has to go to the lamb bhuna absolutely outstanding. Rich, perfectly spiced, and cooked to perfection. Easily one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time. Overall, great food, great atmosphere, and great service. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I felt very comfortable and easy to get through my stay. Looking forward to staying over soon.
