Samson's Village

Friendly and helpful staff made this stay so enjoyable. Newly refurbished and painted. All seemed in a good condition. Excellent location for tavernas and beach.

Loved that the village was so close to the beach and a nice walking distance to the bus stop.

What an amazing stay, the staff was superb and the village was sensational. Truly genuine and customer service oriented. John, Elena and Minas were the superstars who ensured our stay was pleasant and memorable. They went above and beyond to make sure our family had the time of their life, keep the kids entertained with pool amenities and refreshments. Perfect location just seconds away from the boardwalk with restaurants, beach lounges, shopping, water sports and more. Minutes away from excursion pickup point so it made life easier within walking distance. As a frequent traveler from Florida I was curious about a place with my name so I had to check it out, great to say that I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled that our choice was spot on. Highly recommend this place all vacationers.

Great staff, good price, close to beach

The place was great at 60+ Euro a night, reason my ratings are where they're at is due to how dated the room was. There were 2 safe's, neither worked. The glass on the door was loosely attached and the toilet had a small leak so there was constantly water on the bathroom floor. The bathroom was extremely small, a bigger person would've had trouble in there. The loft where the queen bed was didn't seem very stable as well. The room had a great patio w chairs overlooking the pool and a slight bit of the beach/ocean. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the pool, exterior of the place was great. For the price it was just fine. I would've opted to spend $10-15 Euro more to be at Aqua Blue right on the beach, I just wasn't patient enough to check it out first.

The owner is super nice and let us keep our stuff in the room until 4 on the day of checkout. It was great because we could go to the beach all day and then come back and shower. Pool is beautiful but too cold for us to swim in October. It is only about a minute walk from the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. The path to Ancient Thira is about a 10 minute walk and one of the coolest historical sites I've ever seen. Their shuttle service was on time and very reasonable compared to other hotels. Very cute hotel and would stay again!

I travelled on my own as my mum unexpectedly was unable to fly. Anna was amazing start to finish she let me keep my larger room close to family on the complex so they could keep an eye (lovely touch) Lots of lovely chats and genuine helpful and compassionate that everyone has a great time and everything they need Also Anna number 2 responsible for house keeping "just wow" she worked so hard around the complex and kept the accommodation super clean every single day and was super quick. An asset to the team she really is! Very close to beach, bakery, restaurants, super market and local bus / excursion pick up Transfers were seamless The only slight niggle was the shower being small, wall fixing to put it up whilst you shower, so was handheld........ but a small price to pay, it was very powerful and never had any issue any time of day there was always plenty of hot water. Please note I never reported the wall fitting, it was end of season and can easily. E done over the winter, it wasn't an issue for me, but I have no doubt with my experience I had during my stay had I of asked I would of had one fit the same day!

This hotel has a great location, is quiet and clean, and the staff is v helpful and friendly. I highly suggest it!

Comfortable and clean, close to main restaurant area and beach. 2 problems, charge 15 Euros each way for port pick up while advertisement says 5 euros return to airport. Pool is over-chemicalised and defies opening your eyes in it.
