Brownsover Hall Hotel

Fantastic staff who were very helpful throughout. The hotel does need some TLC and some of the small details taken care of - we parked on the car park and had to walk past and through an overflowing rubbish bin to reception. The room was a great size and overall excellent value for money.

It was a spacious room but a bit tired, lots of worn out fixtures and fittings. Staff in the restaurant to eager removing plates as your still eating the last mouthful of food, but the food was quality.rubbish bin outside overflowing with burger wrappers on the floor. A small refurbishment of the room and more attention to detail around the hotel would take it to another level, but we were happy overall.

They had a comfortable bed and a decent shower. Bed in an alcove so can only get out one side, breakfast not very good, overcooked and limited continental. One think about this and many hotels is many tea and coffee selections but only 2 milks?

Always wanted to stay here since I was a kid growing up in Rugby. Its a beautiful building but so dated and tired inside. Room was dated - cramped stairwell with fire hazards. Door didnt lock from inside Tired and worn curtains and carpets Cracked tiles in bathroom I so wanted to love it but was left disappointed. I didnt have breakfast - £13 seems a little steep (not that i was offered it as an additional option on arrival, just got asked did i want to book a table for dinner) Wifi was noted as super speedy but it was intermitent at best.

Quiet and tranquil. Relaxing

Room a bit tired, wifi would connect outside the room but not inside.

A nice hotel in a good location to the town centre (5 minutes by car) but without the traffic noise.
