Great layout & location

Sadly in need of maintenance, an upgrade & a good clean. The towels were shabby & stained . Need to spend some money to make it sparkle like the photos.

The staff are exceptional. We stayed here before which is why we booked again. The location, private pool and amenities sold us. Shame booking .com stuffed us up. Fortunately management sorted what we know we booked.

The rooms need a deep clean and more attention to repairs and maintenance. For the price we paid, I expect a higher standard. In saying that, we were ripped off by booking.com. Paid a high nightly rate, months before we traveled, on arrival the price was halved and no breakfast! Agoda had it listed even cheaper.

Location was good

Do your self a favour and do not book this villa online photos don’t do justice to how disgusting this place is walls all full of mould swimming pool has missing tiles and algae everywhere. Toilet is outside which is very uncomfortable in the heat and mosquitoes biting you at the same time The shower is gross with stains everywhere and very low water pressure. When arriving you’re not welcomed with any water or drinks and you have to hold your bags to the room which isn’t a problem but would be nice if someone helped. Bed is very uncomfortable it’s like sleeping on a rock. There is absolutely no cushion under the bed which makes it difficult to sleep. In general if your going on holiday to have fun and be happy this really isn’t the place to be because the villa just makes you depressed

Just the location was good

The property was in very bad shape the walls were fixed very wrong toilet was disgusting and the shower was stained bed was horrible including pillows. Overall I would never book again

Just the location was good for walking to shops

Everything was wrong about this property I would not even pay $500 for 1 week it’s very trashy and old

Loved all the staff, everyone was amazing, The villa was also very nice, we also loved having a little villa cat that hung around
