Lido Palms Resort and Spa (Adults Only)

I've stayed at this hotel 10 different times since October 2020. The hotel is small which I love, it's normally quiet, there are no "day passes" sold, the rooms are large and comfortable, and there is a full kitchen to boot. A nice pool, indoor mineral pool, sauna. Had only one slightly negative experience and that was noisy inconsiderate customers of the hotel who stayed up late at night getting drunk by the pool with music blaring from their room. Talk about selfish people. Not once did they consider all the other paying guests in the hotel that were trying to sleep! I called the manager and had her go quiet them down. Other than that, we have always had a wonderful stay. I have to leave a comment for the person who left a "Poor" review for the hotel for their stay on April 9, 2021, and who booked through Travelocity. She said they paid $260 a night [Rooms are $200 - $220, not $260], she complained because they would not let her dog stay in the hotel [Even though the hotel website states "No Pets Allowed"], she asked the hotel for a refund of the $260 she paid Travelocity for the room. She was upset because the hotel told her she needed to contact Travelocity for any refund since that is who she booked the room through, and paid. Some people just don't use their brain. Giving a poor review over things that are your own doing is pretty pathetic. This is a great hotel, great location, very comfortable, and has great amenities.

I really like hot springs hotels. I've been to about 10 different hotels so far, but Lido Palms is definitely my favorite one. It has 3 large pools with different temperatures and all of them are amazing. Staff is doing a great job keeping this pools nice and clean. Rooms are very comfortable. It has a separate kitchen with everything you might need to cook meals. The area around is very quiet and cozy. And a night sky is just spectacular because of a low light pollution in this area. I will be super happy to return to this place again in a future.

Located in a sketchy neighborhood among homes. Not a hotel. Booked through Travelocity because this property was indicated when I searched for “pet” friendly hotels will traveling cross-country. Booked and paid $260 for room to secure. Drove two hours out of our way to get to “hotel (house)” only to be told they do not allow pets. I indicated I had a pet on the reservation when booked. “We don’t allow pets or kids nor smoking!” I told her, I don’t smoke, no kids and my pet is six pounds. I asked if she would refund my full payment. She told me no and that Travelocity would have to do that. I reiterated that her place came up as pet friendly and I indicated I had a pet. We had been driving for two days and it was late afternoon on a Friday in Southern California heat and traffic.... No sympathy. Defensive and rude IMO. I would not recommend this place or Travelocity.

Very noisy. Group congregated at Jacuzzi well past 10 pm and were very loud and boisterous. Due to property design(square with Jacuzzi in middle), noise echoed throughout the facility. After that a compressor of some sort came on and off every 15 minutes throughout the night until 5:30 am....sounded like a parked truck. Not very restful or relaxing. Oh, and someone broke into our car and stole 5 or 600 dollars worth of electronics. This is not a good neighborhood(check out all the ominous intruder signs in neighboring homes). Next time ,we'll be heading to Palm Springs. Be careful. Be safe.

Very nice clean comfortable place the pools are beautiful

We booked this hotel because of the mineral water bath and pool. We were NOT disappointed. The hotel has 1 pool and 2 tubs, one of them is indoor, the pool and the other tub are outdoor. We mostly enjoyed the outdoor tub, soaking in it for a few hours. It’s very clean, with constant inflow of fresh warm mineral water. The temperature was very pleasant, especially for the night we stayed - in the evening the air temperature dropped to 50s, while the tub water was around 100. When we arrived we were greeted by the lady at the front desk. She was very nice and showed us around. Our room was spacious, apart from the main room it had a kitchen separated from the room by a door. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, as well as a large fridge. The room, the kitchen and the bathroom could use some renovation: the furniture looks old, the rug by the bed looked very worn (better to remove it), the sink in the bathroom was very tiny, the shelf in one of the kitchen cabinets looked crooked as if it broke. The bed was comfortable to sleep, overall we are satisfied, it is a good place to stay for one or two nights.

We enjoyed our brief, one-night stay. Friendly and attentive service. We will go back.

This place is awesome. It has 2 swimming pools and one of them is an indoor mineral pool. There's also an infrared sauna. The manager was personable and hospitable; kept checking in with us every time he saw us around the pool. It's only a 20 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs. It's a little run down but that's actually part of its charm. Very clean. Will definitely stay again.

The natural spring water is fed into the jacuzzi and the pool which means you can truly this soaking all your stress away. There are 11 units so it's quiet and clean. There's a BBQ available and the units have full kitchens. It could use some new pillows or bring your own. The manager was friendly and helpful. Just a wonderful getaway!

Amazing hotel!! The hot natural mineral jacuzzis and pool feel amazing. With the help of the great decor, plants, charm and garden that place is so relaxing and prone to recharge in positive energy. The staff is also very friendly, considerate and helpful. More than everything you need in the rooms! Definitely recommending!
