We had the most relaxing stay at Lido Palms... beautiful, tranquil grounds, PERFECT mineral pool and tubs. Wonderful service and care by Ning at the front desk and both our masseuses at their spa. We left there completely refreshed! We are already planning our next visit!
The arrangement of the room and the pool and hot tubs was extremely nice. The bed was fabulous. The water pressure was the best I had ever felt. The other amenities in the room left much to be desired. The AC never cooled the room to a comfortable level. It was so hot we had to go to a local Walmart and purchase fans. The kitchenette was so hot that that area of the room was unbearably hot. You could look up through stove vent in the ceiling and see daylight and feel the furnace like air rolling into the room. The ultimate disturbance was the requirement to turn the volume up on the TV to hear it with the fans going. The night manager came knocking on the door and as I attempted to jump out of bed and answer it she opened the door. I was lucky to have put the chain on or she and I would have been really shocked as I was not dressed to answer the door. Why she couldn't call the room (oh that's right no land line in the room) well they had my cell phone on file, didn't call it either. It was very unsettling to have someone try to barge into your room to tell you that the walls have bad insulation and the room next to us was complaining. As quaint the Motel is I cannot in good faith recommend staying here.
Room is spacious and clean. The area is quiet. The room also has a little kitchen that you can cook! There are different hot spring with different temperatures and spa service.
A little piece of Heaven on earth. The owners & staff are wonderful. They make you feel like family. The mineral pools are beautiful. This place is quiet and peaceful. A great place to go if you just want to enjoy yourself and get away from it all.
It’s 11 rooms for colonic cleansing courses, I think, around the two spas so be up early at 6 am noisy as people start soaking in mineral spa then late nights talking goes on. No beds are made for 3 days, no soiled towels on floor were picked up for 3 days, area rug was so dirty and old, wooden blinds are so old, hotel needs renovation . The pools were ok but possibly needs bacteria check done, bed was comfortable, liked kitchenette and utensils
Our stay at the Lido was overall a Great experience. Ning who checked us in was very friendly and the resort was well kept and the rooms were clean! I would definitely stay her if I am in the Palm Springs Area.

Loved staying at Lido Palms! Room was spacious with great kitchen space. Great amount of storage for food, clothes,etc. Bed was SUPER comfortable as were two overstuffed chairs. The spa baths and sauna were wonderful. Rod was helpful and gracious and Rosa super pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!
Loved it here, so quiet and relaxing. Stayed an extra night because we liked it so much. The pool was amazing, perfect after the hot days. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The owner was very polite and accommodating. All in all, a wonderful place to relax and close enough to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree for days out.
