"Only the location of this place is key"

6.0

We arrived super late and they still welcomed us very nicely, but there is no ramp so my mum could not use her wheelchair. At least there was an elevator. The sauna they have is only open from Thursdays on and it also allows access to the general public which seem to me a bit strange. The inside of the building was frozen in time in the 70's. If some investor would take care of this place it would be a hit.

"Not 4 stars, old as hell and terrible wifi"

4.0

Landed in Cochabamba without knowing where to stay and saw this Hotel. At first, they wanted 70 Dollars directly from the reception reduced to 50 with hotels.com Like many said, very old hotel, terrible wifi, small bed for a couple but located a block from the main square, good for a night not longer just like the City of Cochabamba!

"Horrible. Arrived at midnight. Was dark and deserted "

4.0

We arrived from very long trip at midnight. When the taxi dropped us it was in a pitch black street. We thought this was an abandoned building! Our booked rooms were sold out from under us. Luckily they found two rooms for us. The water I my shower scalded me it was so boiling hot, the cold water knob didn't work at all. Impossible to bath other than trying to splash water on myself. AC didn't work. Room was ok. Old building old rooms, old everything. Breakfast was some bread and fruit. Find another hotel.

"Hotel bien ubicado, pero le hace falta renovarse"

6.0

Es un hotel en pleno centro de Cochabamba, lo que es bueno para viajes de trabajo, pero necesita renovar mobiliarios y alfombras; además de los baños. No es malo, pero es algo decadente.

"Conference"

4.0

Hotel rooms are outdated and bed & sheets have seen better days. Room cannot be darkened, TV and furniture are 1980s era, and has a mini bar. Staff is nice and location is good. Can't give it more than two stars by US Standards. I would categorize it as a good hotel according to Bolivian standards.

"BUSINESS TRIP TO COCHABAMBA"

10.0

The Hotel is located on the downtown area of the city, near everything, the location is everything for me and the Hotel has it, just one block from the market 25 de mayo, and the main square. The Hotel is quite tasty on the design, the rooms are very confortable I stayed at one with Led TV, Air conditioner, cause this days are very hot in Cochabamba, and a Bathroom with tub, I do not see this anymore on hotels, so one extra point for the Hotel. The restaurant has a very good food for a cheap price considering the quality of the Hotel, and you have to try the Bolivian Wines. The staff was very gently, and the breakfast was enought to start the day. Definitely I reccomend this Hotel!

"Hotel that has seen better days"

4.0

We reserved a non-smoking room through Expedia, arrived in Cochabamba and the reception hadn't confirmed the booking, then acknowledged it, but gave us a small smoking room, rather dingy and dark, with just one chair and a small table apart from the bed, this in a hotel that claims to be four star! We asked to change this but the man at receeption refused and stated it was a non-smoking room (despite the smell and the ashtray). The second person at reception confirmed that yes, it was a smoking room. The breakfast is modest, without any waiter service apart from someone asking the room number, and the second day we had to leave early (6am) to catch a flight but there was no accomodation for this, and we left without eating or drinking anything, again fine but not in a four star hotel. The second night there was a party ('event') in the room upstairs and the noise of chairs dragging across floors went on until well after midnight. I complained twice and the reception finally offered to change our room at midnight, but by then it was too late to be meaningful. The folks in the reception were always quarrelling between themselves, and the atmospherte in general was rather unpleasant.

"A good two-star hotel, but aging "

6.0

This hotel is satisfactory forbade short staying you want to be downtown and are not too worried about coming back late at night. After about 10 PM they seem to pit a metal gratting over the entrance making if difficult to go out or get in...I guess this is enough said about security. It is not a hotel advised for women or elderly. It is downtown and near a market and central square. Restaurant is passable and breakfast minimal. Room basic and aged. It is a simple place.

"Not clean"

4.0

There were lots of tiny bugs in the room--probably bed bugs. Not well maintained, even though the facilities are decent.
