"In Privatsphäre eingemischt"

6.0

Sentralt beliggenhet og service godt over generelt Boliviansk nivå

"More than Adequate"

6.0

I stayed here for four days while visiting family. The hotel is simple but fine. The rooms are small and because it is located in a very popular part of the city it is noisy. It was a little more noisy than it should have been because the window air conditioner was not properly installed. There is a complementary breakfast which is nothing spectacular but certainly fine. The Hotel Diplomat in Cochabamba is much nicer but more expensive. The Hotel Aranjuaz is far nicer and more charming but also more expensive and in a sleepy part of the town. Caser's Plaza is centrally located and the staff was extremely accommodating although their English is limited. Overall, if you're looking to save money, don't mind the basics, and want to be in an active part of town this is a reasonable choice. I'd stay there again but remember that it's not a Hilton.

"My visit to Cochabamba Bolivia"

Very old hotel.. it was like going back 40 years in time. People are nice but the rooms are dark, noicy for the wall AC and the traffic.

"Better options out there"

6.0

The hotel was probably very good in the past. Now is just OK, not being renewed for a long time. beds are small, so if you are big this can be uncomfortable. Location is good (downtown) but today its a little busy and car crowded, and this makes it a little difficult to reach places.

"Slightly off the Tourist Trail in Cochabamba"

6.0

The location of this hotel is amazing, just one block away from the central square flanked by the cathedral and shops set in colonial arcades. The square is busy with locals chatting but be careful – keep your wallet covered and don’t flash your camera around as opportunistic theft is a problem here. The city is overlooked by the statue of Cristo Concordia, larger by a few centimetres than its more famous counterpart in Rio. The markets nearby are very colourful but keep a very close guard over your valuables – better to leave them in the hotel safe. Hotel Cesar’s Plaza is regarded as one of the best hotels in Cochabamba and the staff were delightful and most anxious to please. Cochabamba is slightly off the tourist rail of Bolivia so fluency in English was not generally a strong point in this area. The interior of the hotel looked a little tired and dated. The breakfast was adequate but minimal and the set evening meal was bland. Avoid the a-la-carte menu unless you have a particular taste for reheated food.
