Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Beautifully cleaned room, very comfy bed. Lovely breakfast with a wide selection of choice. Knowledgeable staff who were all very helpful. Would defo stay there again.

Staff were very helpful and polite . RAPHAEL was a great help in the dining area and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience .

Hotel was clean and tidy, and quiet. With no parking or advertising of where to park it’s quite awkward to unload a car or get your belongings to the hotel as it’s a good 5 minute walk through a shopping centre. On entering location of the reception is on 4th floors but needs to be advised more clearly at the entrance. Due to building work there entrance isn’t the most enticing currently. We were not made aware of any building work being undertaken. The bed was not the most comfortable as we sunk into the middle, but the room was clean and warm and what was needed for an overnight stay.

Great location 15 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk to the shops. We took our dog with us and found it exceptionally dog friendly (they even have treats on reception for the dogs). The staff are all lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast on both days was great and we were able to eat in the lounge area opposite the restaurant with the dog.

The room was very hot as the air conditioning temperature wouldn’t go below 18 degrees and when it did come on it barely blew any cold air out. We could have the window open but, as we were on the road side of the hotel, it was very noisy. It was very hot both nights we stayed so wish we could’ve turned the room temperature down.
