Staff were terrific. We rode motorcycles and it was pouring rain. They gave us each garbage bags to cover our bags. The elevator was down and I know they were getting some complaints but they were still very helpful and pleasant.

The staff was friendly and nice, the shower was great. The room itself was nice and spacious with everything we needed for the two days. The breakfasts were warm and good.

The beds were hard and cause soreness in hips. It was unfortunate the elevator was broke down but was not a big deal, and the facility was back in the hills and took a little while to find.

Clean and in a nice location. Their elevator was broken, and I received a call the day before check-in to let me know and see if I wanted a room on the 1st or 2nd floor instead of the 3rd where we were supposed to be. 1st was best for me because of arthritis in my hip, so I was happy a downstairs room was waiting for us when we arrived. They also had a table with bottled water, fruit, cookies and candy. I needed to use the laundry and it was located just a few doors down from our room. This hotel is also very convenient to Cumberland Gap. Highly recommend!
