"Would definitely stay here again."

The breakfast was decent and offered variety. The room and entire motel was clean..The service was friendly and helpful.

The mattress was a little to hard for me but sime may like it that way.

" DO NOT USE HOTELS.COM "

We never got to stay there. I made SERVICEABLE ROOM reservations thru Hotel.com. When we got there, the elevator was broken. I cannot climb even one step. The lady at the desk said that "of course they would refund the money". It was a non-refundable reservation since I made the reservation one hour before arriving. HOTELS.COM said that they cannot make an exception and is blaming it on the hotel. HOTELS.COM IS JUST STEALING OVER money FROM US. We are an 80 year old couple living on social security only!!!!! DO NOT EVER USE HOTELS.COM!!!!!

We only stayed on night here on a quick trip to Colorado. Our room was clean, quiet, & comfy with nice bedding & towels. We liked the security of the facility. My husband wasn’t feeling well and when I started to take his breakfast to our room, the staff gave me a nice box to carry it in. They were friendly & helpful. The breakfast was good.

This was a very clean hotel. Our room was clean. Very comfortable. The staff was awesome. Matthew was so kind to call before we came. He told us the elevator was down and asked if that was a problem. Since I’m disabled and use a cane or walker it would have been difficult. Matthew made sure we were taken care of and had us a room on the first floor. It means a lot to me. We will stay here again.

It was great! No complaints
