In room dining services are too late Any order from the room services are taking around 1 hr even it is a request for a water bottle Availability of the baby foods are available that too take 1 hr minimum so we have to inform 1hr prior Breakfast menu are not good

Room facilities . Too many steps which were not mentioned while booking. It was mentioned as a premium Villa. But nothing was premium. Very small toilet.

Location

Cleanliness was non existent, monkey poop everywhere. Facilities for the room allocated for senior citizens had too many steps to go both up and down. Ultra expensive, food was more expensive than a 5star ITC or Leela. Mediocre to the core. If you leave it to them, they will charge even for sneezing. Front office lady Maria was extremely rude.
