Good rooms, clean toilets etc

Hotel location in a slope is bad. Very inconvenient for the elderly. Too many steps to reach the reception and rooms. Parking insufficient for the number of rooms.

"Average, but not value for money."

Good location, Finding the place is easy, valley view rooms are really good.. you have picturesque view from the balcony. The gentleman who carried all our luggage on the steps to the room..

Check-in process took long time.. more than 30 minutes. There is no lift service to reach all rooms.. You have to walk on steps up and down long to reach your room. House keeping service took long (had to make 3 phone calls to make up a bed). Dinner spread wasn't great and overpriced for that food.
