I was charged $2,446.79 for rooms that was never used and that was added to my company credit without permission. When asked for a lock audio for the rooms I was being charged for she never responded. She replies with rude comments via email but will answer phone calls. There is also never anyone at the front desk, so you always have to look for help. We will never stay at this location again.

Room was spacious and staff was friendly

It was a good stay. Construction is going on and was not informed when booked. It serves it's purpose.

We booked this stay with no idea that the hotel kitchen was under construction. Upon checkin we were given vouchers to walk across the parking lot to the neighboring hotel for our continental breakfast which was extremely inconvenient. The hotel also had no vending machines available to make up for the lack of a dining area.

The Staff was friendly but unfortunately the room we had was not cleaned well it smelled like urine we reported to staff and was told the room had been unoccupied for some time also there was a rust smell coming from the ac unit upon inspection the unit had rust on the bottom and the top of the unit

We stayed because of Hurrican Beryl and losing power for four days. It's currently under construction to renovate the entrance, check-in, kitchen, and dining area so it was a bit chaotic, but only in the front. The rooms were perfect with a full kitchen, the large refrigerator was a blessing as we were able to save most of thr food from our house. The best part of this hotel is definitely the staff. Friendly and the most helpful staff, I really appreciated their compassion and consideration. Definitely recommend, especially based on the awesome staff!

Very clean, bed is very comfortable. Front desk service very friendly (Alfred). Free breakfast with lots of options.
