The lift suddenly stopped and couldn't be started till I left

Were misled with the booking , had book for the whole day and night but manager at the hotel said it was only for the day , had to cancel the booking eventually and leave hanging struggling where to spend the night.

Overall, this stay was quite average and did not fully meet our expectations for the price paid. The room itself was not as clean as we would have hoped. It was quite dusty, and the floor did not feel properly cleaned. However, the bedsheets and bedding were absolutely pristine and of very good quality, which we appreciated. The bathroom was acceptable, but the shower privacy fixture was damaged and clearly needs repair. The main area for improvement would be the staff. Unfortunately, they were not very welcoming or friendly. When asking questions, the responses did not feel particularly helpful or attentive. Breakfast was very basic and somewhat unsatisfying, although the price was reasonable. Overall, an average stay with clear room for improvement, particularly in cleanliness and customer service.

The room size was spacious and cleanly. Butler was attentive and quickly responded to all requests at any point in time. Room service was also helpful.

The reception staff were ill mannered and not helpful, our reservation was changed by the hotel to day use room a tactic to extract more money from us, and when we tried to discuss this matter with the manager he provide no resolution or ay level of assistance which is patheric from a 4-5 star hotel. The staff also clearly lack training and etiquette on how to deal with guests. We therefore left the hotel, this hotel is dealing in fraud and misrepresentation, every time you make a booking online your booking will automatically change to a day room and not allow you to stay the night, the hotel should be removed from all online platforms and reported for this deceptive and unethical conduct.
