"Niet waardig voor 5☆"

Kamer was redelijk, wel schoon en consumptie die je tegen betaling kon gebruiken, personeel was aardig en behulpzaam

Ontbijt voor een 5 ☆ viel erg tegen, niet gedineerd , zag er niet lekker uit. Hygiëne was ook niet goed, keuken zag er niet netjes uit, hal op de verdiepingen heeft dikke vieze tapijt. In de kamer heel onhandige oprol gordijn. Tussen badkamer en kamer is een glazen wand, daartussen kromme, scheve luxaflex . Elke keer vragen om.meer inie mienie doche gel en shampoo. De traphal is vies , vuilnisbak daar. Hotel is meer 3 half tot hooguit 4☆. De ramen waren vies van buiten. Komt ook door bomen, maar het gebouw vanaf de straat gezien wat provisorisch ingericht

I was not given my room under the pretext of booking saying day time booking no overnight stay while the booking also said checkin on 26th and checkout on 27th The property very well knew that it was a technical glitch of Booking.com but they did not give me the room so It’s a pathetic thing to do to a customer.
