"Great hotel when waiting for your afternoon flight"

Very friendly front desk staff, who let us check in a little early. And very good checkout time if your flight is in the afternoon Great coffee machine in the breakfast area!

They stopped offering the shuttle bus, (but Uber gives a good alternative)

"Terrible Customer Service"

Terrible customer service. I booked a trip in early September and contacted them the next day to cancel. They have told me a dozen times that the manager was reviewing my request and would contact me. It has been over a month and at least 10 calls to them with the same "we are reviewing and will call you back later today". They have never called me back. When you call and ask to speak to the front desk you get a call center in another country.
