"do not stay here staff refused to refund me and had no apologies about allowing someone into our room"

Nothing besides maybe it’s location

There were roaches! and front desk just hands out keys without any ID i had a unwelcome guest come while we were out and get a key to my room

Nice Hotel close to all the fun things to do in Austin. Staff is friendly and breakfast buffet is small but nice!
