Very basic. Not so clean. Really smelt bad

Not really clean

Unit was basic, reasonably clean except for blood stains on the mattress protector under the sheet, but being a crisp white sheet it was visable through it which was a little off putting. Shower was small but great water pressure and temperature. One thing that was very impressive was how surprisingly cool the unit remained with only one a/c in main bedroom and 38 degress outside. I think with it being on ground level and all concrete walls helped. Great close location to MCG. It wasnt fancy but for the very reasonable room rate it served our purpose well to have a bed for the night and facilities to prepare our own meals while down for the cricket.

It’s good for car park at Melbourne city when you travel around city.

Easy access. Room fairly spacious but decor needs upgrade

Tv didn’t work, reported it but couldn’t be resolved on weekend. Did offer us another unit, but we decided to stay where we were.

Great tranquillity is superb

To make this simpler I have prepared a pros and cons list. For reference we stayed in the second building location. Pros:-provided basic kitchen appliances/ full sized fridge -easy to get to -receptionist was helpful Cons: (buckle up) -appliances were dirty -cutlery/crockery were dirty -dirt on the walls -broken air con -broken dining chair -bathroom sink took a long time to drain -visably stained bedsheets -provided wifi was incredibly slow/barely working Just to name a few. All I can say is you pay what you get for. But even so I wouldn't stay again.
