"A decent value compared to other motel prices; probably stay there again."

Standard free breakfast, but no one kept it tidy both mornings. Trash bin was overflowing, and the seating was limited. Room was clean and decent size.

I would suggest that some of the desk help consider wearing more professional clothing; makes for better optics when registering or needing assistance

SUPER friendly staff! They were all super helpful and amazing. Room was very clean.

Shower was barely luke warm. My second day I asked for an extra blanket, which they brought, but then they didn't service the room? No fresh towels, etc.

Great staff, spacious rooms

Crackheads allowed to roam the lobby and elevator, underage kids take cigarette buttons from the ashtray outside. Two entry ways were out of order

"Should have been a great stay."

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel has very welcoming lobby and breakfast area. It had ample parking for guest.

The hotel has some issues with overall quality. The secure doors didn't work to allow access from parking lot. The landscape doesn't appear to be maintained at all. This is the third year we have been to Manhattan on memorial day an the landscape has looked the same full of weeds, brush growing in what once appears to have been a nice landscape. The breakfast lack the quality of our first stays. Also the patio wasn't cleaned and set up well during our stay. It would have been a nice touch for the beautiful weekend. The elevator floor was sticky and it look like a homeless person was living in the back hall. With a little effort on the hotel owners part this could be a Great Place to stay.
