I find it interesting that you won't approve this review even though it does not violate any of the guidelines you mention. Maybe time for me to stop using Expedia as you have shown you do not provide adequate customer care. Expedia made the check in process a nightmare by not forwarding the reservation to the hotel. Expedia then did not answer phone calls from hotel trying to unravel the problem. The desk clerk did her best to try to contact Expedia at several different numbers to figure out the issue. Nice property and no issues with it.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, aside from no shower mat and the shower making a very loud noise the stay was well received. Room #321 shower is very loud.

Pool wasn’t working. There isn’t much to do in the area so where it’s located is convenient.

It is listed as having a pool. The staff said there hasn’t been a pool in a year or better. This is why we came to this hotel. This needs to be removed from the offer. Very disappointing.

We were expecting to use the pool, however it was closed. I feel like we should have had our room rate reduced when that was one of the perks advertised.

No pool evening staff was rude and no one was ever at the front counter

I had my 2 grandkids and they were upset that the pool was not available. Then the toilet in our room would not flush.

The hotel is consistent with the hold of the other Hampton experiences I’ve had it’s a little on the pricey side but overall it was decent. I would appreciate it an actual fan in the bathroom to help with the unpleasant sents sometimes.

Like I said, an actual fan in the bathroom, could be better for the overall experience, not having access to the pool. Specially, when it’s hot weather made a little bit unpleasant.
