Hampton Inn Muscatine

Room were decent for one night stay. Room are a little out dated compared to other hotel room. Also breakfast was not the best. Found mold on the wheat and white bread. Not all bad at this location but some work is needed.

I let the front desk know the toilet bowl under rim needed cleaned and she immediately pulled out a requisition to take care of it. Otherwise perfect

Staff were friendly and professional. Room was in great shape. Enjoyed our stay!

Exceptionally clean. I interacted with 3 different staff members (front desk, housekeeping and breakfast lady) all were fabulous.

My room was never checked during my stay (3 nights) Maybe, that's not something that Hampton doesn't do. But, it'd be nice if dirty towels were picked up and the bee made. This was the only disappointing part of my stay. If this something you don't do, it should be explicitly stated.

Not a Hampton I’d come back to. Common areas looked up to date, and recently remodeled, but the rooms were at least a decade overdue for the same. Pool being closed, with no notice when booking on the Hilton app, was disapointing, too. Hampton is always my go-to, but not if I find myself back in Muscatine.

when we arrived, we check in went to the room, but it was not cleaned yet. so had to get another key card for other room otherwise stay we good friendly staff..

It was easy to get to from i80.

The lack of housekeeping staff and daily room service is obvious. Lots of bugs, dead and alive, in the room. Was never asked if we wanted or needed housekeeping.
