Chancellor Executive Apartments

The cleanliness was questionable and the in-room set up was limited. I wanted face washers, there was no top up of moisturiser, shampoo etc even though it was a four night stay.

Internet service is not excellent accoring to my criteria.

No reception on Sat,no TV signal... And foxtel channels too grainy. Try to call the hotline, standard reply, no one onsite, not able to do anything with the tv

The staff were wonderful and caring, I enjoyed my stay. Plenty of food places around the corner. Buses were very regular and handy to Chancellor. I didn't know I could of ordered a Shuttle Bus from Brisbane Airport to Varity Lakes. My advice is do not take a taxi, it will cost megabucks!! I will return to Chancellor another time.

Nice clean modern apartment The bad points: *The bed was terrible so hard my back is out *asked for soft pillows on request an got hard pillows * tight car parks but looked very secure

Roomy apartment with washer/dryer and patio. Underground parking.

We have stayed at the Chancellor before when the pool was cleaned every day and outdoor tiles were sparkling and the outdoor area was inviting to guests. What happened!

We booked this acc0ommodation because it wasconvenient to our Daughters home. The staff that we had contact with could not have been more helpful and polite. We will definitely stay here again.

It was awesome! Very secure and welcoming. Thought the staff did an outstanding job answering any questions.

Good room, but the cupboard is practically useless. Only some hanging space. Had to live out of the suitcase for 6 days. The aircon unit is in the lounge area and not in the bedroom - cool bedroom=cold lounge. The room was not serviced during the entire stay. Very courteous staff.
