Chancellor Executive Apartments

My friend and I stayed there. Amazing location restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The room was a perfect size for just the two of us, room was really clean, big kitchen and lounge room. Staff were also very welcoming when we arrived explained where parking and pool was located. Overall would highly recommend to friends and family. I would definitely stay there again :)

Toilet was dirty, Shower rack was broken. I had to call after hours number to fix shower rack and clean the toilet.

Just disappointed I couldn’t get a refund on a weeks holiday or even part of our money back. After having to leave a week early and gave 10 days notice.

Good place to relax, enjoy local atmosphere. I was amazed by their friendly staff. My English is not good, but they was so patient and helpful to answer all of my questions. It also very convenient to go anywhere from here, reception gave me all good suggesstions for restaurant, dining and shopping. I had such a great time there. Recommend everyone to stay there

Room was spacious and clean however the furniture was a bit the worse for wear in the living area. Located in parklands within walking distance to the lake and to a shopping area with lots of cafes and restaurants. Definitely need you own transport if staying this far out of the heart of the Gold Coast.

Average. Asked for a roll away bed that wasn't there for our very late check-in. The bathroom was in need of a mould treatment.

Roll Down the blind and get a surprise, all mildewed and very unclean bathroom windows and corners. Several lights (3) not working Maintenance looks lacking

Lovely apartments with everything you needed. Balcony overlooking the pool was a lovely touch. Room was spacious but wasn't clean. We found a dirty bandaid, rubbish under the beds and the place was very dusty. Just switching the lamp on left a dust finger print! Other than the cleanliness the place was lovely, great spacious apartments, secure parking and pool/gym was a great touch.
