Chancellor Executive Apartments

After having stayed in a number of similar executive apartments, the overall impression we got left us desiring more. We stayed for 5 nights just before X-mas and over X-mas. - No room making up for less than 7 day stay yet charged over $200 per day - Lock down of the premises and underground garage on false fire alarm going in adjacent building Please ring them and discuss your requirements before booking. The property was suitable and well located. Unfortunately the bath and surrounding areas was stained and needed some proper cleaning.

Been there for more than a week. They only provide very limited amount of amenities. They told us to buy for our own and no house keeping until 4 days later. We are wonder, if we stay shorter period but still pay for the same unit price and it will be enough amenities.

Visiting my sis who is doing med course at bond uni. Happy to choose this hotel to stay, my sis is tenant here, so our room just next to her apartment. What a convenient choice! Shopping centre Robina is close and convenient.,just took us 15’on bus or 10’pn taxi to get there. Miami beach also nice, clean and quiet, giving us a different feel as comparing to Surfer Paradise. We had a great time there, happy to be welcomed by such a professional team.

I came here during October for my business trip with Bond Uni. Such a great and convenient location, just about 10’ walk to get to uni, different type of shops to eat around the hotel. Staff are super friendly and i have everything i need in the room

Great location, close to everything. Staff assisted with requests very quickly Bed could do with an upgrade, it has collapsed

The Chancellor apartments met my expectations. It was a clean, neat and quiet which was exactly what I was looking for. Very pleased with the accommodation.

Enjoyed our two night stay here although found the mattress to be quite hard. Close to amenities and a variety of dining choices. Bus stop close by and Uber reasonable to get to train station. Lovely walk around the lakes. Room clean and quiet.

Quite area not too far away from the action. My family stayed when they visited and enjoyed it thoroughly. All self contained 1-bedroom apartments that come with full kitchen, laundry and all the basic kitchenware. The grocery store is just 2 mins away. The lake nearby is a good walk with small boardwalk. Will definitely recommend!

These apartments are OK. They are in an area which would be pretty difficult to find if you weren't in a taxi; but there are shops and cafes nearby. I arrived quite late at night and there were problems with afterhours access (staff do not work in the evenings), despite the fact that I had rung beforehand and was assured someone was only 5 minutes away. I started to lose confidence when (a) I was told via the contact phone number that you had to hit the side of the safe to open it! and (b) the phone contact was lost after a few minutes. Personally I wouldn't stay there again if I was arriving after-hours. It is too stressful. Anyway I did get in eventually, and the flat was OK. The flats are quite spacious. The air conditioning only really cools one part of the main room, and there is no air-con in the bedroom. Also, the windows have blinds which mean you can't have an airflow from outside. Fortunately it was not hot when I was there. The bedroom was very underfurnished-if you were there for more than one night you would feel the lack of anywhere to store things. And the bed was too hard. But really if you are staying overnight for an event at Bond University, it is OK (although the staff didn't seem to know anything about the university campus!). If you book on the apartments' web site you can order a continental breakfast to be placed in your fridge, which is convenient.
