Chancellor Executive Apartments

We enjoyed our stay. Very secure, felt safe. We had a 2 day training conference so it was a Good location for us with cafes and restaurants to walk to when we got home. We arrived late at night in the dark and I didn’t realise that there is also a Chancelor Lakeside Appartments close by, so keep that in mind. The lady on the intercom was very friendly and helpful and checkin ran smoothly. 😊

We stayed here for a week for Christmas 2018. Appartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Included a mini kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and lounge with balcony that looked on to a lovely pool which was cleaned regularly. Very reasonably priced and it was fairly quiet as there were no conferences going on. We chose here as it was a short walk away from our daughter who was living in Robina . The entrance featured a tall Christmas tree. Helpful staff on reception.

From the moment you get there the service was 5 star. The staff were very helpful and polite, and the service overall was exceptional. The room was beautiful and the amenities were great. I will definitely recommend and be returning in the future!

Quiet and clean environment. Close to public transport

Reception hours are limited if checking in after 5pm. Confusing signage about how to get into the car park - it doesn't tell you to use the fob to open the second door into the parking garage - at the first garage door.

We generally liked the property, but we were unsatisfied with some of the service. The sliding glass door to our ground floor apartment would not lock securely. This was not fixed during our stay. The main lights in the lounge room kept tripping the fuse. We were without power for around 6 hours and we were told via intercom outside the building to repair this ourselves.

Just 5 minutes walk from our sons home, the Chancellor was ideally situated for us. The one-bedroom apartments have not had a makeover for maybe 10 years so yes they are tired. But ours was spotlessly clean and everything worked. The matress is firm but still comfortable and the air-con works perfectly. The carpets in the corridors are worn but the lift works fine, all the equipment in the free onsite gym is in great condition and the pool is warm and attractive. The staff in reception are the friendliest, most helpful you could want but: Young Tia is the star of reception Her attitude is close to perfection When we needed some aid She was never afraid To give us her undivided attention

Great place, close drive to many places in the Gold Coast. Great staff and service.

The rooms are grubby, dirty, chipped and scuffed walls, cheap and nasty bathroom fixtures and fittings, mattresses paper thin, filthy balcony area, dirty cutlery. Just awful, more like student digs. Would definitely not recommend

Good value and a complementary car space, and we were allowed to check in early.
