Western House Hotel At Ayr Racecourse

Super comfy beds! Staff and breakfast all amazing! Grounds well kept and all areas clean.

Since my last stay, the menu changed and not much vegetarian choices.

Our room at the Western Hotel was very big and spacious. It was spotlessly clean and had a view to the front of the hotel. All staff were very helpful and polite. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the dining room and used the bar facilities in the evening. The hotel is well located being only a short walk into Ayr town. Parking is readily available on site and we used a disabled spot close to the entrance.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Room was not on the ground floor as requested but was good.

Quality of the dinner the first night was just about average. The third morning for breakfast they ran out of sausages which is not very good as they are supposed to be part of the breakfast menu - very disappointing.

As always a lovely welcome from all the staff at Western House ,lovely comfortable hotel,beautiful gardens free parking . We return again and again !!
