Good location, easy to check in. Good parking

Disappointing to see a Mantra so dated and run down. It's needs a renovation. Stains on the lounge, tables, doors, carpets and walls knocked about, stained. No wifi, no coffee machine

"Definitely not a 4 star facility."

The location was great, parking was easy.

The planned power outage that went from 7am until 4pm - we should have been told prior to arriving and given the option to choose different accommodation - not told the afternoon before. It was planned they must have known about this much earlier. Staff were not helpful and it was extremely difficult to get them to answer the reception phone. We had no soap in the main bathroom soap dispenser, requested that it be filled and it was not filled over the 3 night stay. Rooms are dated, which is ok, but the facilities were not all that clean and the beds definitely need replacing.

Good clean and old property . Nice

Only thing I don’t like the someone may be staff has stopped the SPA /Jacuzzi when we were using it . Which is not nice if something has been offered as facilities and has been stopped.
