The rooms

The lobby lacked warmth, and the staff were noticeably unfriendly. The speech felt overly long and unnecessary. The bar also needs significant improvement—drinks were poorly made and disappointing. Overall, it felt like a waste of money.

Everything was great except the couch. Very stiff and only one couch in the living room for a 2 room facility. It needs another softer chair

The hotel/apartment is really nice, just like the pictures! Very clean and equipped with new appliances. We got a corner apartment with a view and did not disappointed. The staff is very friendly. The checking was okay. They check one person at the time and they give you a lot of information and for someone who flew so many hours I wish the interaction was shorter. The pool area was nice, they have many pool floats that are available to use there or take with you to the beach (mostly things that guests leave behind after the vacation is over). I expected a shorter walk to the beach, it wasn’t horrible but when you add a beach bag, a cooler, a complaining kid and the Florida sun a shorter walk sounds really nice. The checkout was seamless. The charges were all correct, they send you your summary the night before, and the interaction was just to hand out the room keys.

You have to request housekeeping for them to come to your room, we didn’t so I cant speak about it. On the second day the dryer machine stop working and we informed the front desk, but they sent someone to look at it he pressed the buttons trying to make it work and when it didn’t he said he would check if there was a free room to switch machines… we never heard about it again. It didn’t spoiled our time but the idea that I could travel back without laundry was enticing when I was making my reservation.

Size of unit. A lot of space. Location on the beach. Access to pool/beach and other local places. Parking limited to only guest staying on-site. Staff was great

I hated that I couldn’t bring my own food or drink by the pool. I think that’s going to drive a lot of people away.

It was beautiful, the staff was very friendly. Beds were extremely comfortable. Furniture and decor was very nice. Except the couch beautiful design just not very comfortable and a little flimsy compared to the rest of the of the furniture. But really it is an impressive hotel. Love the key system as well, very smart.

The walk to the beach is unfortunately much too far. By the time I got to the water i felt as if I was Jesus and just wondered the desert for forty years. It was hot and a long walk!

It was close to the beach, the staff were friendly and it was a very clean environment
