They did not honour booked rates - manager, didn’t care

The suite was fabulous. Large and clean with a fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the beach, good swimming pool with a large hot tub. Good outdoor bar on the second floor for a nice view.

The wifi was difficult to activate. Logging in was easy, but the capture port was extremely slow to trigger the user agreement. Without that second step, it wouldn't activate.

The location and proximity to the beach. The boardwalk between the hotels and beach; lit at night, felt safe The pool and hot tub spa; clean, not crowded (time of year? or still recovering from recent hurricane?) The balcony overlooking beach, had nice table and 6 chairs; smaller table with 4 chair and 2 recliners would have been better Appliances were clean and worked great

The layout of the 2-bedroom suite; bowling alley hall from master bedroom to living area/balcony All white floor, walls, etc; felt too sterile Furniture, or lack thereof; 1 sofa and 1 side chair - both uncomfortable for sitting

People smoking around the pool.!! 😡😡

Location is good, easy to access. Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. The room is very nice, clean.

There’s construction was going on, but no noise. Hope it’ll complete soon
