Excellent facility, staff, and overall ski town vibe. The indoor/outdoor pool was nice and warm and the free games room activities was a nice touch.

Great place to spend your time. Plenty of wildlife and wonderful scenery. Our rooms were very clean and welcoming with a bottle of wine. The front desk people are all very nice and willing to help with whatever then can.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean. We liked that it was not located right downtown in Ellicottville (the fall fest was happening and ellicottville was crowded). Small room worked well for us but bed could have been more comfortable. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant which was convenient as well as the outdoor bar. They did have shuttles running into town for the fall fest.

We visited this past weekend and the area the hotel is in is beautiful. When we checked in we were met with two miserable front desk staff. It was like they were annoyed we were there. Later my daughter went down to ask what level the parking garage was on and again no one wanted to help. We stayed in a one bedroom suite that is meant to sleep 6. There is no way 6 people could comfortably stay in this room. The bedroom has a queen bed that was so uncomfortable I didn’t sleep at all. A king size bed would be nice. In the other area there is a pull out couch and a Murphy bed. In order to use either furniture has to be moved. To use the Murphy bed the dining table needs to be moved, leaving no place to put it. To use sleeper sofa you have to move the coffee table. The rooms are dated and need a deep cleaning and remodel. My other complaint is that you need to pay to use the pool that has a slide and diving board. We paid for a 4 hour window but found that you could not easily get between our hotel pool and the pool you pay for. Everything is gated off and you either have to walk all the way around the front or back of the hotel. We had fun and enjoyed outer time with friends but I feel the hotel either needs to lower rates or remodel to the caliber they charge.

This was our first LONG vacation since COVID. Drove from MD into Western NY. Beautiful, but long drive. When we arrived checkin was fast & easy & when we got to our 2-bed room we had a chilled bottle of wine & glasses waiting for us. The room was nicely furnished, well appointed kitchen with dishes, cutlery for 4. The room was main level I believe slope side & a view of the golf course. We didn't use any of the facilities as we were there to soak up the local area & head into Toronto for a few days. Ellicottville is a quaint town that has some good & great eateries. I do wish that it could be more like NIagara on the Lakes & hope that it does try to have more eateries to chose from.

When we checked in, the desk clerk noted that we booked through Expedia- she proceeded to give us the worst room in the property - with a balcony that was basically in the parking lot. This is a beautiful mountain resort with plenty of open rooms with views. Also we expected a king bed in the suite and it was a twin bed- the smallest bed that we have ever had. This was supposed to be a romantic getaway for my wife’s birthday and it turned out to be a joke. We should get our money back and you should take them to task for treating loyal customers like trash.

Our family has been coming here for 15+ years for a little Summer getaway! It’s just a short drive from Cleveland and has always been such a nice couple days ! We’ve always looked forward to the cozy resort, golf, outdoor pools, blueberry beers and nice amenities! This resort is already expensive and the pools SHOULD BE INCLUDED! It’s so tacky to charge people paying to stay at the resort already! If need be…add a little extra to the room charge! We have small children that want to swim so of course we had to pay the daily admission to do so! Also the entrance fee only gives you a limited swim window?!? Silly! We’ve traveled quite a bit and NEVER ever have we had to pay at the door to swim in the pool at a resort we are already paying to stay at! The outside pool area is also locked up like Fort Knox! We had to walk through the parking lot just to purchase a beer from the outside pool bar. For goodness sake! We have small kids, strollers, bags,etc! When you are paying to stay at a resort you should have FULL access to the grounds and resort amenities! Hopefully Holiday Valley can think of a better remedy here! PS: No coffee in the lobby anymore ?!? That’s such a nice perk for guests and pretty easy to do!

Room was not cleaned during our 4 night stay . Hall light in kitchen area didn’t work. No ice container to hold ice . Queen sofa no linen or pillows . Very uncomfortable

Beautiful views, nice and quiet area. Pools were not open yet for the season, but they were very nice and would love to return in summer. The room was very comfortable and roomy. Door handle sticks a bit, but worked fine with alittle extra push. The staff here was amazing.

Very nice place, large rooms, staff was friendly and helpful.
