"Best value for money"

Accomodations and customer service are superior. Room service came hot and for family of four in about 25 minutes with same quality you get in restaurant.

The Tamarack was beautiful and very clean! We enjoyed the outdoor heated pool surrounded by the snow covered slopes!

Nice location and accommodations. The TV was on and not working when we got to our room. We went down to the front desk And they sent someone right up to fix the problem.

"Nice place"

Only problem I had was the online listing said “valley view” which I would assume we’d get a view of the ski hills but we didn’t. We had a view of the parking lot. Still very nice place and enjoyed our stay.

"Not impressed "

Front desk women tried charging me for something we didn’t purchase ... they need a better system. Nobody under 18 should be charging anything to an account because apparently somebody charged chips to my room. Shame on the front desk for not being more careful. Our light when coming Into room was not working we had no bedding for the sofa bed and had no soap for the shower and the tv kept going out and then the hotel lost all power.

Shawn de hos. Is excellent at his job. When he’s not there it’s not the same. He knows exactly how to commodate guests in every way. The same can not be said for the rest of the front desk. Thank you Shawn and we will be seeing you very soon

My credit card was billed twice .... I told the person at the front dedk that i already paid in full online . But she insisted i pay again . Spent teo hours on the phone disputing the online charges... Next year ill stay somewhere else... Wgatever happen to the customer is alwsys right and eiyhout customers we dont have jobs.....
