Our room was spacious and overlooking the ski slopes. All the staff was friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff and in John Harvard’s restaurant. I accidentally left behind a pair of slippers in our room. When I called, they looked for them and mailed them back to me! How many places would do that?!

Went to buffalo/Ellicottville for a wedding - the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or accommodating. The room was nothing fancy and I definitely would have preferred a king over a queen bed but the bed was so comfy!

Great front desk staff at check in. Nice welcoming lobby. Rooms are nice. Very close to the resort walked right onto the lifts. Every staff member I encountered was very nice and willing to help with anything. Ski check is awesome. The 2 hot tubs were very clean and the pool and locker room area is nice. Great location. Nice restaurant onsite and within walking distance to a few other ones. Downtown is just a short drive. It really is in the heart of Holliday valley resort.

All staff/employees are extremely pleasant and helpful, day and night. Very clean. Indoor/outdoor pool not as expected. It is a small part of a larger Outdoor pool complex which is best suited for above freezing weather. Indoor parking was Wonderful!

Beautiful resort and excellent location to skiing.

Slope Side accommodations. Ski Valet excellent. Accessible underground parking.

We stayed just a night for a short ski trip. The Tamarack is the central hotel at Holiday Valley, and its location was great - next to equipment rental, lessons for kids, ski-out to chairlift. Compared to the Inn at Holiday Valley, the location is much better, don't know about the rooms. Our room was basic, not super luxurious, but clean and well kept. Room had a mini-fridge and microwave and coffee brewer. The bathroom was really big, and had a very deep tub. The dining options are limited to the John Harvard pub, which has American style bar food mostly. We drove the mile into town for dinner. Staff at the front desk and at ski school were terrific, with special thanks to our son's instructor Anne, who skied them all over the mountain - fantastic!
