This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive after 18:00 please contact the property prior to arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Failure to contact the property with this request will result in a late check-in fee. Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. "Great Location"

The Location was excellent. It was close to Chapel Street Shopping Centre and the Melbourne Bowling club.

The bed close to the wall, making it hard to get out of bed.

"Exceptional"

Location was excellent, so many choices for eating out and bars close by, Coles not too far to walk for groceries, close to Chapel St for shopping. Apartment was perfect for one person, Jenny was awesome with communication and provided easy instructions on accessing keys to apartment. Trams also easily accessible.

There was a sign in the bathroom to use the provided make up wipes so as to keep the white towels 'white', however there weren't any and I felt bad even after washing my hands with soap I had left some patches of make up on the towel.
