This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive after 18:00 please contact the property prior to arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Failure to contact the property with this request will result in a late check-in fee. Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.

Walls were very dirty and in poor condition. Carpet was very dirty and needs replacing

"Coming from Central Victoria. It was a good spot to rest our heads after a medical appointment."

The bed was very comfy. A full kitchen is there for your cooking needs. Washing machine & Dryer provided. There was a little confusion with check in & parking, but Communication was excellent.

Our unit was advertised as ground floor, but was actually on the 5th floor, and for us personally, the bed being against the wall made it hard to get in & out. We also weren’t aware that you need to bring your own milk, tea & coffee etc for a cuppa.

Location

Needs maintenance. Curtains don’t close, old mismatched bedding. Excess bedding just thrown into wardrobe. Air con remote in pieces. Kettle doesn’t open properly.
