Please inform Hiigh Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive after 18:00 please contact the property prior to arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Failure to contact the property with this request will result in a late check-in fee. Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.
