This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive after 18:00 please contact the property prior to arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Failure to contact the property with this request will result in a late check-in fee. Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.

"Worst place ever. Really poor customer service. Check my text messages it proves it"

Just the location

The AC was automatically switching off. I advised the staff and they said it cannot be and checked the next day and said it’s working. We struggled as it was really hot and their option was to keep the door open for air. Never staying or recommending to anyone

The location is great if you like nightlife and the balcony suits smokers. Love having a bath. Jenny is super helpful

Can be a little noisy on the weekend if you're not that way inclined. If you get the one-bedroom studio you can't watch TV in bed.

Location and room was perfect

The windows need to be double payned or something and we heard every siren every 5 mins almost, every fight etc other then that it was a great room. Sleep was interrupted
