This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive after 18:00 please contact the property prior to arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Failure to contact the property with this request will result in a late check-in fee. Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.

Good location for access to Sth Yarra, Windsor, City.

The shower was awful - the shower head did not allow for a spray effect of the water, it was like pouring out like a tap - the shower head needs to be replaced. No milk was provided for tea or coffee - the tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar sachets and even a plunger coffee maker (no ground coffee supplied) were provided but that is useless without any milk. The walks of the bedroom are badly affected with salt damp - this was possible cause /affected us by congested nose/airway symptoms.

"A nice apartment in a convenient location"

Excellent communication with Jenny, very convenient location. I liked that there was a washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom. Also the parking is a great asset.

Perhaps it would make sense to have some cleaning supplies in the flat so as to do some intermediate cleaning oneself. Personally I would do away with the carpet in the bedroom, as hardwood is more hygienic and easier to clean.
