"The perfect family spot!"

Fantastic location, multiple pools (most heated- perfect for a winter escape) amazing views (ocean front room) wonderful bbq area. Perfect for families.

One of the lifts were out of order which cause delays in peak periods.

This place was a great location, clean, spacious and has everything we needed. Beds were comfortable as well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We'd definitely use this place again.

Shower pressure was a bit weak, but manageable.

We had a two bdrm ocean view..room 21 B…it was lovely..great view and very comfortable..,easy parking underneath..the oasis shops in the next st, surf club close, and the Broadbeach tavern which had very nice meals all day…easy walk to casino and pacific fair….I would definitely stay here again..

The location was excellent and facilities of heated pools, parking made it great value. Will definitely stay here again.

Lift could be heard from the loungeroom - in process of being upgraded so hopefully this will fix this problem.
