The room was very dated and laundry was very rundown cupboard fronts peeling. Couch base collapsing and Jack hammer and demolition going from 7am until 5 pm.

Location and the view.

No additional blankets in the unit and building works in the next unit block that started 7am, it would of been nice to be told.

"Staying for a few days for a wedding, great location for beach and shops."

The double bed is lumpy, the pillows are worse. The body lotion is empty in ensuite. This hotel is recommended as THE disability accommodation at the Gold Coast. Looking at the ensuite, if you have a head injury please be sure your head injury will be worse. If you are meant to be using assistance getting into the ensuite it's so small and the door swings in and you can't move.

Good location, staff very friendly

Construction noises through the building, ranging from plumbing to doors being hung and panted and lifts being refurbished. None of this was mentioned during booking or check in.
