"Good property but probably could manage expectations better"

Clean, nice unit great facilities and good location

Very expensive considering MAJOR building works right next to our 6th floor apartment. Started at 7 and went ALL DAY . Why put us right next to the building site and still paid full rate. Couldnt even open windows.

"Excellent"

Quiet, clean and great location. Three pools and lovely staff.

No blind on the big kitchen windows so the unit got very hot throughout the day. Lucky there was good aircon. Master bed was very firm; it needs a soft mattress cover or overlay.

Location was brilliant for walking to local eateries and shops, and 5 min walk to bus stop to Pacific Fair. Room was bright and spacious - with plenty of cupboards and storage in bedrooms and bathrooms. Stunning view of ocean. Was very well appointed with 3 pools, sauna, steam room, spa and tennis courts. All very well maintained and clean.

Beds were a little soft, and would have loved an espresso machine in the room. otherwise perfect.

"Nice stay, ruined by the card for the door."

Very noisy constructiuon My son lost a plastic key card and we had to pay $50 for it. COmplete rip off and no-one at reception told us that it would cost money. I've never had to pay for those platsic cards before and $50 is a scam.

Needs upgrades. Looking tired. Lift availability poor….long wait times. Room could have been cleaner. Windows hard to see out of needed cleaning. Pools were great as was outdoor bbq area. Location good.
